Think church is boring? Think Christians never have fun? Think again!

On September 6th 2008 bands from across the country will be joining together to rock Worcester Cathedral. If you want to find out what being a young Christian is really about, then there’s only one place you need to be on that night.

The evening will be a mixture of live bands, alternative worship and great fun. The line-up includes Liverpool based rockers ‘Finchley’, the superb ‘Dan Haynes’, ‘Relentless Craving’, ‘The Fans of Faye’ and our very own ‘Formal Affair’.

Why?

‘Rock the Cathedral’ is a music event designed to wipe out the misconception that being a Christian is boring. Combining a selection of Christian and non-Christian bands with alternative worship, we intend to prove that our lives can be more than just going to church on a Sunday morning. If you want to find out how much fun being a young Christian can be, or you want to show a friend that we don’t just sing hymns from before the ice age, then come and be a part of what promises to be a great night.
