Welcome to the Worcester Diocesan Youth Council Website

We are a group of young Christians between 14 and 25 who work together to create opportunities for young people in the diocese to share and explore their faith in a variety of ways.

We work to raise the profile of young people, both in the diocese and nationally and look forward to a fully inclusive church where young people like us have the power to make a difference in everyday church life.

Over the last few years we have organised many events including ‘Walk the Walk’ and ‘Meet and Greet’ and continue to arrange fun social events such as weekends away to the Far Forest Centre and trips to music festivals.

This year we are taking a new route and organizing a major music event at Worcester Cathedral called 'Rock the Cathedral' which will have a variety of well known and unsigned bands.
